The dtdc courier service at Vadakkenchery is one of the best professional courier services. They are very customer-friendly. Even if you havent packed your item properly, they wll securely pack it in their courier pack and deliver within a day's time. Sunday is a holiday rest all weekdays they are working.

They do the worst service. When we asked how many days it will take to transport to Bangalore they said maximum 2 days. And we send few items on 22nd march 2022 and today is 30th march 2022 . Only received half package . When we enquired about this to a lady staff there, she is not even ready to listen. She is just taking rudely. She don’t know how to talk and behave to customers. If DTDC management is reading this, give some training to your staffs how to talk and behave to customers.

DTDC is a courier service which is now located at Vadakkanchery TB road opposite of City complex. The convenient location makes it reachable to all to deliver their parcels. They deliver to the site all parcels as well. Sundays, Bank and government holidays are closed.

I feel their service as pathetic one. Faced issue in delivery everytime I receive anything via DTDC. Once I received a shipment via DTDC Plus, which they are suppose to be delivered in a day. The product arrived at DTDC Vadakkanjery and they are supposed to redirect to Alathur, which is my nearest delivery centre and they had promised to do so. But, unfortunately they have not redirected and asked me to collect directly from their office which is nearly 8km away. Even the nearest DTDC delivery center insists to collect directly from their office and they will never deliver it at home. Long way for better service!

Such pathetic service and the lady work there doesn’t know how to handle neither a courier or a customer . They never deliver a courier in the given address always want the customer to go and collect the courier from their office. Door to Door courier which means From a DTDC office door to another DTDC office door … If you have any alternate choice then don’t approach them …
