Dear Ekart Logistics Team, I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the continued delay in delivering my prepaid HP laptop, associated with Order ID: OD438737287377592100. The promised delivery date was 30 September 2026, but the order has still not been delivered. It has now been 8 days beyond the promised delivery date, and the shipment continues to remain stuck in your logistics network without any proper resolution or clear explanation. This is a prepaid order, meaning the customer has already paid the complete amount, yet I am being made to wait indefinitely for the product. The repeated delay and lack of proper communication are completely unacceptable. I have already raised multiple complaints and escalations regarding this matter with both Flipkart and Ekart Logistics, but despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no satisfactory resolution. I request Ekart to immediately: 1. Locate my shipment and provide its exact current status and location. 2. Arrange the delivery of my HP laptop without any further delay. 3. Provide a clear explanation for why the promised delivery date was missed. 4. Ensure that the shipment is not delayed any further under any circumstances. Please treat this as a final escalation. If my prepaid order is not delivered promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further through the appropriate consumer grievance authorities and take necessary legal action regarding the continued delay and inconvenience caused to me.
