Despite paying delivery fees online, customers are frequently required to travel to your local office to collect packages ourselves because your service does not extend to our specific locality. This is highly inconvenient and fails to meet the basic expectations of a delivery service. Furthermore, the current system for returns is equally problematic. There is no option for doorstep pickup; instead, customers must manually drop off return packages at your office. This lack of service makes the entire process both frustrating and inefficient. I request that you immediately address these logistical issues by implementing reliable home delivery for both outgoing and return packages in our area. I look forward to seeing a significant improvement in your service standards.
