Most unprofessional, this agent should be cancelled, they don't deliver, ask consignee to collect the shipment. No proper system to keep the document and consignment. Staff not trained to behave. They don't have proper delivery run sheet ,in the office. Take a signature from the consignee in a small notebook.

Worst customer service not responding to calls and no delivery service available in tat location. If really you people don't take this reviews seriously pls do shut your service in that location. even one star cant give to this courier service but to post this should want to give one star. no response, no value, no humanity. while sending time they said 3 days today its gone 5th day.not yet reached. its important document and i face so many problems due to absence of that document. i strongly recommending you to any other service or INDIAN post.
