Please dont use their service ever. Very unprofessional rude customer service. They will charge you for home delivery but you should collect the courier from their office even if your delivery location is nextdoor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Too costly for sending the parcel. DHL quoted the land transfer at Rs.4500 and for Air it was Rs.6200. Same item I have send through DTDC at Rs.1300. So the cost is 3 times higher than other courier services.
