I am giving this review for Kasargod ecome express as I canot write reviews on their page(google info is they r permanently closed) Let me tell u all… they are fraud.. a group of irresponsible or lazy people sitting together cracking lies with the customers product. They don’t wanna work… they wanna say.. they made several attempt to deliver ur products….. to the people who work here…. Just leave if u can’t work… u guys are harmful the the company…

Very bad experience with ecom express nileswar . Without making any delivery attempts they are returning the items which I ordered during big billion days .. once they called and they wanted to go to their office and pickup myself.. after that they didnt called nd returned the item without any delivery attempt.. if any executives of ecom express reading my review please change ur staffs from nileswar office.. nd if possible kindly relocate ur office to kanhangad which is the major town.. pls ..

Very bad service.Very much disappinted on the service. No one will attempt for a delivery/ return pickup from the service and will not contact us. After that we will get an automatic call saying 'delivery attempted, couldn't able to do the pickup/delivery and so and so!!!! If you cannot do the service please shut down the office. I wish I had the option to give -ve stars. They hold the parcel for days together and return it without contacting the consignee. I don't understand why big players like Amazon and MI are relying on these guys. I suggest contacting the Vendor customer care before placing the order and opt for some other carrier if you want the item to be delivered. I doubt if at all they have delivered anything to anyone so far.. Wonder how these guys are still existing even after so many negative reviews..

If you see your product is getting delivered by them please cancel to save your time! Writing this in a high frustration! They will make fake delivery attempts, and you will get SMS saying they are unable to contact you, and return product without even calling you. All the other reviews here are true and they did this to my package as well. I don't know how they even exist with this behavior and why giants like flipkart and amazon do business with them.

Dont come to a conclusion that customer not acailable in one call. I am expecting my package for last one week. Still you people are not able to deliver it and simply send message that customer not available. Its very ridiculous in this this pandemic situation that you people are giving a very poor service. My order was place on june 1st and it was suppose to deliver on 7th of june. And sending these sill messages to delay the delivery again and again. Since your office were closed we have given enough time but the way you are treating customers are pathetic and shameless. I have tried 10 times to get you on phone, but no reply.
