DTDC COURIER DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SERVICE EDAPPAL, Kerala

My mother who is 85 years old bought arthritis oils and it was couriered by DTDC. The DDTC courier company just called me up and told me that she will have to get it collected, inspite of telling that she is 85 years old. Is this the way one looks after senior citizens. I just want everyone to know this incident. I am going to take it up with DTDC main office.

Worst customer dealing . Here owner and worker is same as I know. He is utter waste man I ever saw. Talks without knowing anything. He did not know what is shipping and courier means. Delayed my parcel around 30 days. And telling that customs clearance is problem. Don't go here. If zero star is there he deserves that

I wanted to give zero rating since the DTDC edappal, malappuram branch is totally unprofessional in their service. First of all they are not delivering the products we have to go there and collect in that case also they won't give any information regarding the order if we call also they are not responding . Once they have attended the call only once and when I asked about the order details they were mocking and telling that it's on the way out for delivery. But I waited for 2 days and then I went there and collected my courier. Totally Dissapointed with their service Please consider any other couriers

Very poor service. The parcel has reached their office four days back and they have still not delivered. They want us to go and collect from there. To show they have called they will do miss-call and then they will switch off their phone. We have never come across such rude and unprofessional service anywhere else.

He does not know how to talk to a customer. I can compliant to dtdc about all things reagrding that. As I know he will get results of what he is doing. If you are a shotemperd guy, definitely you will beat this owner . As far I am cool person I didnot do nothing. I just cancelled my parcel after 30days as he told me that he will reach that to destination by 7 days. He didnot even know what a invoice is. Icant type all the worst exp here because I don't have time to type about this bad cheat guy.
