Giving dtdc kunnamangalam one start (not even worth one star) because without the tracking number they won’t give the products. I’m running online boutique. Thus many products will reach there and call me to collect from there. Even if I reached there by 20 mins after the call then also they will ask tracking number. because they r lazy to search . They r not will to deliver the product which is too awful . Getting 100s of trackings each week cannot manage which one reached or not. And I said this reason that sometimes I won’t be getting trackings from dealers . Still they r asking me the tracking number. 🤨🤨🤨🤨

DTDC Kunnamangalam is nothing but two irresponsible people sitting idle and calling customers to collect the parcels. They don't deliver. They updated the status of my parcel as "out for delivery". Then they simply called me and said "your parcel is here, come and collect from office near IIT". Three times they have missed, returned, or misplaced my parcels before. The staff/proprietor has a very arrogant attitude. He behaved as if he owned the parcel and not the sender or receiver.

Poor service when it comes to delivery. Doorstep delivery service is not provided under the area comes under 5 km circle. Also the tracking info given was not perfect. Wrongly updated the status many times just because they didn't want to deliver it to my address. Only after I chased and reported, they really attempted to deliver the consignment.
