Over all Experience - good - Parcel can't be greater than 20 kg per piece, it must be well packed - Normal rate (as per FY 2021-22)- ( 16 to 19 rs) per 500grams * Weighing machine available there * Use Private vehicles or auto-rickshaw to reach at the post office as it is deep inside kashmir university * Holidays as per government holidays * general working hour - 9 am to 5pm * peak working hour - 11 am to 1 pm

They never delivery the product , if they do it they send it in the hands of neighbor or will keep it on the neighborhood shop or some times call u to collect from post office .very lazy postmen they keep sipping tea all round the day and they only know to behave rudely coz they think they are govt employee and nobody can sack them
