They was the courrier service used by Amazon to deliver one of my order. 4 days later that the expected delivery date they have contacted me to agreed to delay more the delivery even if they have already the parcel with their local godown. I've ask for immediate delivery and they have refused. The next day I find out via Amazon app that they have claimed that I've requested to reschedule the delivery which is a lie and a scam. Finally I've never get my parcel and it's now showing that it's return to the seller on Amazon app.

This is second delivery from ecom express in last 15 days. 1st package was delivered after 2-3 calls with customer care. 2nd package twice I got message out for delivery and the delivery person is marking "Shipment un-delivered Shipment cannot be delivered". the guy didn't even call me to ask the address. worst service.
