Very bad experience with DTDC always. Eventhough the delivery point is within 500mtr from the office they ask the customer to collect it. It happened multiple times.

Critical: Professionalism Very bad service.. In my experience they do not deliver the consignment to the exact address. Ask us to collect from their branch. Is this door to door courier service? Very unprofessional and behaviour towards customers is very bad.. . Very dissappointed with their service...also got a very irresponsible answer from the staff who attended my call at their office (DTDC Kolathur )... Hope the higher authorities will consider this and take necessary actions ,. The fame of ur company is at stake here.
