Outside Jammu it's good but the staff at Jammu centre is not so cooperative. My live plants arrived here within two days but here they even refused to deliver it on the fourth day and told me that they would delivery it on the sixth day. I had to travel 20 km to self pickup the orders. Was it worth to pay 178 rupees

My parcel reached on 3rd day of my order...but staff at jammu center refused to deliver saying they dont have service there, i have to drive drive and picked it myself from their office which was situated at a very confusing location

Why does your company accepts parcels from other states when you don't have proper service in Jammu. I was asked to collect parcel from their office saying that they don't have service in my locality, which is Paloura. Poor service, can't cover major areas of Jammu.
