Very very very very bad experience. Staffs are not working till 3 PM. They put link failed banner in front of line and tell to come very next day. Coming here from past 5 days. Govt need to check what their employees are doing their jobs correctly or not. Never ever tell anybody to come to gpo or open account in post office. One word for this - GHATIYAA...

Cleanliness, good management, people fall in a queue for their job to be done. Parking available on usual charges and a bit of greenery you can see at the outer space. This all makes a very good environment for people working there as well as outsiders. All major and minor work can be done as it has almost every facility a post office should have.

Staff is helpful and gets the work done briskly . The queue is not always big expect for festive seasons. The prices as mentioned on the website are economical. There's a parking charge so mostly people park their vehicle near Ravi Bhawan. The garden is maintained well. Good work.

Very bad experience every time in every service. All department person only saying go to that counter, my father was go for senior citizen (jeevan pramaan) but no one was co-operating. Saying pay money for that. They only do for government officer work and not hear to common person. They also talk very rudely.

Being the head post office of Raipur, I would suggest for an option for packaging of parcel. I came with my parcel booking, waited in queue for my turn, and the server tell me you need to do so and so kind of packaging before booking. On coming out of post office I inquired about it. And found a shop named DURGA CLOTH STORE, inside a guly infront of GOL BAZAAR police station. Over here you can get white cloth packaging, where as for sealing wax you can talk to the guy charging for bike stand. I don't know why there is a need for parking. Drinking water 💦 is available.
