I purchased a thing from Amazon and the delivery person did not delivered and it shows delivered in Amazon site and I tried reaching to the support and they are not even bothered about it. Haven't picking up my calls. They took my thing and the when I tried returning it, they were like they have already delivered it. These fraud people are causing a lot of distrust among people to buy from online. I hope that you people will see this message and please return my thing if possible I spend for that. It's not a good practice to steal from people. Pls don't do stealing. 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😠😠🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The warehouse is good. The courier service is also satisfactory. But I had trouble with some orders, but got the orders anyways in the end. But they do have to improve the customer service. The contact number given on the maps is wrong.

Early they had home delivery service. Now they are delivering only in cities. In Other areas they are telling "Its too late" or "Now raining, so no home delivery"or " Now we don't have home delivery facility in that areas" and finally "if you want we will deliver in any shop in the near city other wise return". Poor services they are providing. Lazy staff...

An absolute zero rating cannot justify the experience I had. Worst customer service ever. Ordered 4 items. Didn't even deliver one item. But they did show it delivered, without even making a phone call to me. Returned the products on the very same day it was out for delivery. Bunch of clowns 🤡👏👏

Very unreliable and unprofessional logistics service. Very haughty behaviour of the delivery people both on phone and in person. Asked me to collect my parcels from their office at Cheruthoni. When I refused, returned 3 items to the seller after just marking 'attemped delivery' with out actually attempting. Delivered 4 on the street. My house is just 30 metres from the main road and still refused doorstep delivery. I just left negative review for the delivery experience on Amazon. No idea whether Amazon contacted them about this. May be they are the only courier service in this part of Idukki. Must look for some other ways to get things delivered. Not recommended this service because of all the mentioned and other reasons.

Worst of worst service. Won't do a door delivery. Don't even have courtesy to inform the addressee to collect the packet from office. Usually return the pack to manufacturer stating undeliverable, door closed or product damaged. Don't kown how they are managing to run such a useless organization. The most disgusting thing is that even amazon is unable to change the courier service as it's the only option available here. Miserable and disgusting people n service.

The worst courier service provider i have ever seen, they don't deliver your orders on time... So we have to wait for their time... what kind of nonsense is this?.. They will cancel your without your permission and say they can't reach to your account even if your address is just 30mtr away from the warehouse... I think this is the only courier service available in this locality that's why they are sooo lazy... They don't deserve a single star.

Very bad company, There attitude towards employees are bad they don't even give decent salary to the employees oneday 360 rupees even catering boys get better salary than ecom delivery boys and petrol expenses like 50/50 if you ride 100 km the company only give 75 km And the company offered incentive and after the offer end they didn't given the offered price

Well i odered a pair of nivia shoes from amazon and home delivery was promised by Ecom express. when the package arrived in cheruthoni these guyz who were suppose to deliver me the shoes on my door steps called me and said, they don't have any rutes to my place and my package is undelivered for 3days.. And it's still showing out for delivery for the past 3 days. Well it won't take 3days to reach kamblikandom from cheruthoni even by foot. Such a bad service.. before it used to be good.. but now... if i had 0stars i would've given'em that.

Very bad service. I order from Amazon though Ecom Express. They call my father to different locations for delivery and "he said that if you want your product, come to this location then I will give your product". Atlast my father(senior citizen) went to the location then the delivery executive said that "he don't have the product now, if you want come to another location". After all of this they return my product to seller. Worst service ever...............
