Worst experience ever had they are sitting simply there .i make an order through ajio .delivery agent called me for to attempt delivery .he said he will gave it before 12 isame day then he didnt delivered the product.tgen i got msg delivery will attempted in 24 hours.after 2 days i didnt get item.then i go to their office and they gave silly explanation didnt have any responsibility

Ecom Express Kodungallur is hand's down the worst delivery service ever. They really don't care about the customer, nor do they care about the package. I had to go pick my package after waiting for almost a week without any assistance or notice. The place is filled with undelivered packages and lazy employees. Such a scam!!!

Very bad and worst experience......number looks like a spam number. And truecaller shows the number as 400 spam reports. And agent is so irresponsible. I didnt get the product.agent is not coming to the place where we made a deal to come....not taking the phone. Not calling me after coming to the place. Just returning the product. 😡😡😡
