PATHETIC..EXTREMELY PATHETIC SERVICE. They will never deliver anything to customers. They will delay the delivery and then return the product on their own without even contacting the customer. It is better to close down this USELESS office. If you want any of your product, you will have to personally go there, wait for 2 hours and collect the product. Horrendous service. Don't stop and build a scavenger hunt, you shameless people. That is better than living a life of fake work without dignity. Shouldn't it be a little easier to get paid without working??

Very very ugly services,i have faced 3 times issues with them.They will not send the items to us,i think their intention is to stole the items which i have to receive. Today i talked with delivery person twice and he promised will deliver it to me on time.He understood my address and everything is clear.Now i received the message that address was unlocatable and they are changing the pin also,so we cant contact them as well.Now i am writing this because i faced issues before.That time i wait many days but they are not willing to contact or sending it to me.It was an essential item(masks) from wildcraft,then also they were not willing to deliver it. Then i went personally there and waited almost 2 hour,then i collected the items.Reported incident to the owner itself,now its seems like they dont want to change it.I am attaching images for your reference and those who rated above one star i think either they are somehow related to ecom express or may be they are just lucky.

These are a bunch of unprofessional agents, who update fake reasons for delivery failure and delay the delivery if the area of delivery is more than 10kms away. Their intent is to show unsuccessful attempts and cancel the order from their end. My order from Firstcry was there for more than 10 days, after which I had to escalate multiple times for the delivery to happen.

I don’t have a choice otherwise I would give 0/5 rating here. I would say amazon should stop using Ecom express for these delivery services since they are terrible at this. We ordered a birthday gift for our niece and it returned to seller because of that delivery guys attitude. He did not even tried to deliver the package and wrongly reported that attempted to deliver and nobody was there to collect. Our parents are old and Ecom services expect our parents to come and collect the parcel from them at this pandemic situation. I was just wondering how much trouble they already caused for these old aged people.

If there were a negative rating that should go to these people. All the negative ratings below are correct. Extremely unprofessional, I don't understand why Amazon is using them for last mile logistics. Whenever the parcel comes via ecom express it is never delivered they send it back to the seller. They are always lying and giving wrong updates in Amazon and Amazon also seems to entertain this. There are so many other sincere logistic companies. This should be closed it is inconveniencing so many people and also causing a supply chain bottleneck in the last mile delivery. In fact they are ensuring that last mile delivery does not happen. This is a fraud company.

Totally unprofessional. Their delivery agents just do not want to do the task. My experience with Amazon has been smooth so far till e com was used as their delivery partner. They don't deliver and report fake reasons for non delivery. One time they said, customer requested rescheduling whereas I had made no such request. 2 more times ,they didn't deliver and reported as delivery attempted but failed. They give a missed call on your number as a proof. And when you try calling back, their number never gets connected. Amazon is losing their customer satisfaction all because of unethical partners like e com.

Worst delivery Service ever in World. I'm highly disappointed with the kind of service provided by the delivery carrier. I ordered an item from Amazon on March 11th, and it was supposed to be delivered on March 22. But the tracking details states that I placed a request for late delivery on Friday which is 19th March. Firstly, I never placed any such request for late delivery and secondly they say the delivery attempt failed twice ... Like HOW????????? If you find difficulty in locating the address YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO CONTACT THE PROVIDED NUMBER. Order was placed as a gift. It was scheduled to be delivered today but item was returned back to seller without even attempting delivery. Would never do parcel dealings with Ecom or don't recommend it to anyone. It's not about the refund which I'm sure I'd receive within few days...it's about waiting for about 12 days and get nothing in return. PATHETIC AND WORST SERVICE FROM THE ECOM EXPRESS CARRIER END. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!! I EVEN CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PROVIDE THE DELIVERY AGENT'S NUMBER TO CONTACT DIRECTLY FROM MY END WHICH WENT IN VEIN...THEY DINT PROVIDE THE NUMBER. Worst experience. Most irresponsible delivery team who don’t care about customers time and patience. Reschedules on their own convenience and no further updates for days altogether. First of all we receive the products only after 7 to 10 days usually in this area. And the product actually reaches this ecom express delivery centre much faster than we expect. Then Amazon shows arriving today and that today never comes. It’s with this team who keeps the package for days themselves resulting in poor delayed delivery experience. Amazon should realise this and find alternate courier service providers. Never recommend if the delivery is through this branch.

Personnel are very unfriendly, rude and stubborn. Packages bigger in size will not be delivered to the delivery address. Instead the customers are ordered rudely to pick the package from their office, even after the payment of the shipping cost. The customers who insist on delivery are then betrayed by reporting an unsuccessful delivery attempt without even contacting the customer. Such products are then returned back to the seller! Orders/packages are at the mercy of their whims and fancies. Very very poor service, incapable and untrustworthy. And It is not in Mallappally!!!

But in the online site, it's given the product is returning to seller. I called them and asked the details. At the first moment itself they told, it might come tomorrow. I asked again and after tracking, they said it's been returned.( After just 1 unsuccesful call)As far as I know,u courier service need to do 3 attempts.And without completing the conversation, they just hung up the phone!!! DISAPPOINTED!IRRESPONSIBLE! AND NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY SERVICE!!
