Irresponsible people and their customer service won’t take up the responsibility. My father send me some important documents from there to UK and they didn’t send the document even after 10 days. They even charged extra to deliver fast. When I take up the matter with the customer service, they didn’t want to solve my problem. Can’t be trusted with their service and not going back in my life.

Worst experience.I send a parcel through them which they said to take about 6 days so I requested for fast delivery which I paid double charge but it's still not reached there and now saying it is return back to me but yet not received. If you can't deliver on time please don't collect it. Because it may contain something which should be reached so urgent.

1 star rating because of no home delivery available DTDC means desk to desk courier they says that they only provide home delivery with in 1 km or town ares. They always ask to collect product from their shop . Thats very bad There are more courier services they usually do home deliverys . ITS 2023 why don't you start doing home deliverys

It's not visible from the main street. You'll have to go through a narrow lane (near the temple) where there are plenty of shops on the left side. It's small but it's easy to spot once you enter the lane. Their service is good. Didn't face any issues.

Very unprofessional service in North Paravur branch. I had given an item for dispatch and they have me the receipt as well. Fortunately I felt like checking the status next day online with the consignment number and it was not returning anything. When I called the branch, they were responding clueless with no clear answers telling me that they will come back. They never reached back and stopped responding to my calls. I literally went there to check what happened and realised that they have not sent the item at all and the reason they gave me that they lost the address to dispatch. I am not sure how they gave me the receipt with a consignment number if they did not have the addresses. There was no apologies even. Thankfully I got the item back and dispatched it through a different courier service. I will never use DTDC in North Paravur again.

I've received a call from DTDC office North paravoor, Ernakulam , Kerala. They ordered me to collect the courier from the office. Then why do we pay and opt for home delivery of they can't provide the service huh !?  Is this how worse and pathetic is ur customer service!?  Even it is marked urget and fragile package and handled so silly,irresponsible .great reputation and service ethics. Even to received in the office by morning and still u need one day more to deliver.

The low rating is mainly due to the delivery service by them. I don't get it. Nowadays almost all courrier services do home delivery. But this DTDC branch just doesn't deliver. They tell the old saying that they deliver only in town area. I mean it's 2020 even India Post is delivering stuff. And I can't say this about other branches. Coz when I send to other cities they deliver that to door. It's high time that you deliver the stuff or else just don't take the order
