Worst service. The delivery guy was rude. Asked me to pick the delivery from office. When i was calling back, he didn't pick up. Then he was video calling me. 22028100010421. They don't reply to any of the compaints . They just ask for the consignment number. Thats it . Thats there respond.

Have never seen such a worst courier service. It has zero security. I sent a package of food products and some items went missing. The net weight of the package was 2 kg and it got reduced to 1kg. Very disappointing.

Worst customer service. I just talked to the gauhati customer care lady. Who was too rude and kept the phone without completing conservation.
