I am really upset from your double standards,we have taken same product from different clients on a same date and almost same weight one is 401 kg with 8 packs and one with 416kg with 7 packs and both are having same hsn code too ,even the 8 pack they have charged less and the shipment of 7 packs they have charged more even both shipments takes same area but when I spoke to your branch then your clerk Mr Sunil singh and Your branch incharge Mr Devendra sharma first said whenever the material will reach to your location we will check and make correct but when it has reached and we spoke to them again then the changed their statement and said it is normal goods though i can prove with evidence that your this employees has tried to manupulate us even the shipment of 7 packs have more weight and less space consumption with but they denied their statement ,may be with one client Vrl won't get any effect but 100 clients leaving the business with vrl at a same time can effect a little revenue effect to the company due to vrl Bhavnagar incharge Mr Devendra sharma and his miss-guiding statements.
