Only advantage is the product will be reached on time but the Response of peoples working there is very poor even we call them they wont attend the call and answer you the only way to get the package is to visit directly to their delivery office and get it from there when the product is arrived. Even to know the office address they wont attend the call. Please try ST courier or DTDC service if your budget conscious and for safe delivery. For urgent delivery you can go with this cheaters . Poor customer service in this hub.

Worst customer service.Neither they call you nor take your call. Their booking office diverts to delivery office and delivery office doesn't accept incoming call.What a procedure ?. My bank document was on hold with them for three days; they unilaterally declared address not locatable without even giving me a call. Earlier the delivery was smooth, but the new bunch of morons is useless,I wonder why they call premium service , I have informed my bank and online co not to use them anymore

They don't call, not come to your place, simply update status as Consignee not available, no care about priority delivery, My sweets parcel they are keeping it for last 5 days and simply updating it consginee not available without even visiting my home. Worst service even after raised this issue multiple times. If you can't serve properly better close it, someone else can do better job.
