If I could give a zero rating, I would. The service is the most pathetic ever experienced. The delivery guy from Ecom Express Mahabubabad keeps adding wrong updates on the tracking, like 'out for delivery', 'customer asked for future delivery', but no attempts are made. Why bother opening a courier service when they can't even get the job done? They even added wrong location on Google maps, I suppose out of fear of people's wrath.
