Worst customer service. Parcels will not be delivered. The receiver has to visit their place to collect the parcels. Most of the time the calls will not answered or rejected. The parcels are kept in worst condition. If we go to collect the courier, they search all the places top to bottom, left to right and will answer the item has not reached. It has to be informed that we received call from the office & again they will search and delivered.

If customer -we go to collect we are asked with irrelevant questions such as female spoke or male spoke and not attending calls... Irresponsible employee . Not a healthy talk or relevant talk.
