They are the very worst in this courier business.. I don’t even want to give this one star.. I would prefer minus infinity if there is any provision to rate this firm.. Their customer interaction is pathetic.. they hung up on me when they first call me and even after that when I contacted them they are not listening to me.. I would request ST Courier and delhivery to take some serious actions against this branch.. I would even recommend them to terminate this branch as they are worth for nothing.
