Very pathetic service. They won't even pick up if you ring them. They don't care to deliver the courier package to your address, instead they will politely tell there is no staff there to deliver. This has been a routine for past 1 year or more. Never trust professional couriers especially ottalapalm br and kanniyampuram collection centre.

I was expecting a delivery of a shipment around the 27th Feb. The package is lying in the office till today (3/3 @ 1945 hrs). A very unfriendly staff can answer my call and say, that home delivery is not possible and I could collect it from his office. Why do we pay door to door charges then? My shipment remains undelivered and i am extremely unhappy with the service. Now do not know how many more days i need to wait for some courtesy of service. Hope some senior member reads and telephones the Ottapalam guy to wake up and serve customers.

The time taken to reach courier is good.But we want to give high cost to track the parcel and SMS fecility.Digital tracking is not given to normal couriers.other wise ot is ok.

Professional Couriers head office should note that the Ottapalam branch refuses to deliver anything to anyone. They expect the consignee to collect the package. Never use this service to Ottapalam.
