V.bad experience bus is v. Comfortable but arrival time was 9am and reached 4:15 whole schedule disturb becoz of this type of services even in the last we were 3 passenger in the bus they turn of the ac nd so many people's said at the bus stand it's never drop on time, if u r in hurry don't try this bus

VRL service is very good.. I am really happy with their service.. When i stay in goa.. i had a emergency to prepone my ticket.. actually my ticket is scheduled on sunday eve..so i planned to prepone to sat eve.. so i went to VRL office : Gouri Agency (Morjim Pedne), I don't know his name.. he helped me a lot.. he cancelled my ticket on sunday eve which is 1020rs and booked a new ticket on sat eve which is 900rs and he gave me 120rs change back.. see the difference he doesn't need profit..he could have prepone my ticket.. i could not get 120rs..but he doesn't do like that...great man..customer satisfaction is very important.. i can prould say VRL is namma karanataka du..
