Worst experience with this DTDC branch.. No respect for customers and very rude behaviour.. they won't deliver your couriers and ask you to come and collect. They will say many reasons to avoid Home delivery. The boy sitting in the office and the manager both don't have minimum respect towards customers and speak in a rude manner as if they are doing free service. I don't know how DTDC is partnering with such fellows.. Had to raise the issue to DTDC customer care to get the courier delivered.

I don't recommend anyone to use this pranchise and DTDC service poor customer service and no response. they will forget your important couriers and don't respond for the rectification. they will tell you to send again due to missing the consignment. so Never ever go this franchise or DTDC to avoid delays in delivering couriers

They always says delivery persons not available and come and collect the parcel.. even after multiple conversations delivery boy came and said come down and collect parcel.. and people talking is so Rude and not even concern about delivery.. they will say only one thing if you wish to take delivery you need to do what they say other otherwise your parcel will be sent back. Better avoild DTDC and go with other courier partner in Mancherial..

Very Bad Service, They have Rejected to Door delivery Service and I have received a message from them as "Your Parcel is arrived Pickup at Mancherial DTDC Near Venkateshwara Theatre". And When I am Visited their office they have Behave Rudely and Irresponsible.

Worst way of handling packages and shipping to incorrect locations and charging too much in the name of packing but using 5rupees plaster for wrapping and charging 100₹. Better go for other available couriers in MNCL. We have professional Couriers, Bluedart nearby so go for then. Never recommend this place to anyone. Very bad experience during last two visits

This is my second parcel and two times they rejected home delivery and asked me to come to office. Rejected reason is we will not delivery to Gadderagadi which is 4-5km away from office. If they are not able to do door delivery why they accepted at source. Very bad experience and while accepting package at source location they should have keep condition as we will not deliver to Gadderagadi

Very worst service, they are rude and arrogant,they will not provide home delivery and say address is not mentioned properly even thought it will be . The boy sitting inside the office is not so respectful to customers l. I'm sharing his pic . I went to them and collected my parcel. When asked why not home delivery he said not available , when I said about complaint he said not boys now. Please go for other service providers like Blue dart they are professional people.

Good courier service U can courier your certificates also available at 200rs for normal delivery and for fast 400 rs chargeable It is near Venkateswara theater Mancherial As I have posted video u can have a look of it Can deliver at multiple places I just went for delivering to palvanch kothagudam dis but they don't delivery at that place so felt little bit of sad but But many remote cities it can deliver Thankyou 🙏🙏
