My son's cheque book was sent by HDFC BANK, on June 23, 2023 from Chennai. It was returned back by the local branch of Professional Currier because delivery man could not reach the phone number mentioned in the cover. His job was to go for the delivery and in case he is unable to find the place, is supposed to contact the number. For your information, my house is well known in the place where I live and is on a main road leading to a college. It's very unprofessional of your representative in Karkala.

I had a parcel to be delivered to my house. (I was not aware who the sender was and what the parcel is containing). I live abroad and was getting calls repeatedly and since I did not have international roaming and also calls were coming early in the morning due to time zone difference I asked my brother to call them up. Even after giving all the details they denied having called me and said there was no parcel for me. Within 5 minutes they call me back again and I picked it up this time. When they said there’s a parcel for me I said them to deliver it to the address mentioned in the parcel. I could feel the surprise in voice of the person talking and they asked where my house was. My house is pretty easy to spot and said that the address is accurate and gave them some landmarks to deliver. They told that they would deliver it the next day. The next day again instead of calling my brother they called me. I gave my brothers number and asked them to deal with him. This time they refused to come to my house and mind you the distance between their office and my house is just 1.8km. Instead they made someone from my home go there and pick up the parcel. Even after mentioning that they have door step delivery they refused to deliver it to my place. Heights of unprofessionalism I can understand them refusing to give details to my brother or contacting me instead of him. But refusing door step delivery highly unacceptable.

Worst service. Don't choose this courier service. We have one courier with correct office address after 1 week they returned saying in complete address. How the complete office address become incomplete and also we have given the number also but they have not called the number in the parcel. If the correct address incomplete for them and they should call and ask them to collect -that is also they have not done.

Extremely lousy service. They collect money to deliver to your house. But they never do. Very arrogant. They insist you come and pick up your parcel from their office. Complaints to head office in Bombay and Bangalore do not help. It will be ignored

Courier was from Karkala to Delhi. Reached Delhi sent back stating no delivery service to the address. How can they take the courier at first place if there is no delivery to the given address.Not contacted me before sending it back. When called the delhi and karkala parcel center they were talking rude as if i did the mistake. Everyone is putting the blames on each other. The parcel was my medicine so they didn't understand know the seriousness. When i tried to call the Corporate office number it was not in service, and online complaining service also not working what a pathetic service Professional couriers have. So dayavittu yaaru kooda Professional couriers pakka thale ittu kooda malgbedi. Mainly staffs so rude.
