Worst logistic company, I have ever experienced in my life. No one in the service center and at the local branch even responds to a phone call properly. They do not deliver your cargo at door step, even do not provide address of warehouse where to collect the cargo. Everything written about their services on there website are nothing else but white lies. They do not have a 24 hours service facility, but they claim so. No one at service center, receive phone call on Sunday or beyond office hours, though they claim 24*7 hours services. They also do not behave you properly. They do not reply to your e-mails. Harassment, worst behavior, excess price, unnecessary delay, no service at all - are few of many negative characteristics of Om Logistics.
