this is worst courier service. avoid it. my brother have booked item on 26th april. item has been reached to Hyderabad on 6th may. after that no communication to either party. after following it up , courier service says 500019 is not serviceable . then my brother asked why did not you inform that its not serviceable. at least someone would have picked from your office.. then he got reply that we don't inform . in 2 days will return item to originator address.

It would be better if the display board is much visible to the people..it's placed in some corner and atleast can keep a board towards roadside....and the courier space is small...it delivers to the main area i think..becz i went took my courier becz they said no delivery to Nandan radhan pride ,bandlaguda...and it seems they will inform when they courier arrives but don't know whether they ask to come and collect or they will come ?

I have booked plants from Succlent factory. They sent me through Professional Courier. But till today I have not received my order. But in tracking it is showing as Delivered. I tried to call them… but no one is lifting the call.

Tracking info is good. Local delivery team never answers the phone. They didn't deliver the item after receiving to their centre. I have gone there in person and picked-up. Funny thing is I have to identify the item based on the photo sent by my sender. They don't have any sorting or arranging in anorder.
