They haven't updated there landline number. When you call the old number, it asks you to contact them through reliance digital. Your courier arrives all safe and sound, but for example if your delivery date given is 15th March and expected date of delivery is 17th March, they will deliver it by 20th March.

I ordered a dell battery using compuindia website (This is the website you will be directed to if you want to order batteries online). The logistics partner was Ecom Express. For the past 2 days my order is in Delhi, I could have shuttled nearly 10 times between Delhi and Chandigarh in this time. On calling them they gave me a response that due to heavy load they are experiencing delays, seemed to me like a generic response they are trained to say. On reading other reviews I can say that I'm not the only person frustrated with the services offered by Ecom Express. My advice is please try to avoid Ecom Express. I hope I could give 0 stars, but google doesn't allow us to do that yet.

Very poor customer support...app is also not good enough to make certain changes...my address is incorrect on my order but I'm not able to make it correct & don't know where the hell is customer support ...all No's are fake n asking for card no. .. guys don't order anything from here just by watching Ranbeer Singh in it's adds....very very bad experience with club factory...never ever gonna order anything again in future from such a stupid site....

Worst courier company ever. All fraudsters are working. i was having a return request and the courier boy automatically updated the status as door closed without coming to my place and had given me a missed call with one ring. Just to tell you that I live in a society and before entering the gate, we are informed that someone has come to pick/deliver your order but there was no notification. Later, when I called the customer care, 1st call was disconnected by agent Shalu while transferring to supervisor. 2nd call was disconnected by Harish Kumar (SME) while connecting the call to his supervisor Abhishek Solanki (SME). I'm not sure whether it was disconnected by Harish as I was on hold for a long time and Abhishek Solanki was leaving for the day as his shift was getting over so may be he disconnected the call which was done 10 min prior his shift log out. I called them again and had a word with Harish Kumar (SME) and he informed me that he had explained the issue to Abhishek and eleven the call was transferred. When I again asked him to transfer the call, I was informed that Abhishek has left for the day and there is no Supervisor available after 6 p.m. Great service company... Running there office without a Supervisor... Great agents instead and I would suggest that they must get rid of the Supervisor if the agents can support after 6 p.m, they can do so before that also.

Send them email as well but no response from their side. They do not deserve 1 star either. I hope google provide negative or zero ratings as well...

i had to give one star because i have to write a review no body should trust them verry por service in the world. i had a courier and it was not delivered to me in time i called their customer care they said we will connect to you to our customer care executive and then they say that all our customer care executive are busy stay on line every time this happens and finally i had to go to their office to collect my order. i dont know why companies give their contarct to these bullshit courier services i am fed up!!!!!!!!!!!
