Worst courier I have ever experienced. I got to courier a parcel at pochampalli branch. They didn’t give the tracking slip and they said “slip will be done on dharmapuri office; After that you will get the slip by that evening”. I need to send the tracking slip to a company. I was waiting and made a call to that concerned person. He told me that he will give by next day afternoon at 12pm. Next afternoon I called him and he told me to call at 2’o clock. Then I called him by 2pm and he told me to call at 3pm. In between all these I’m trying to customer care of professional couriers and I didn’t get any response. Also bill amount is Rs 60 but the courier person charged Rs 100. I got the bill only the next day and realised it only then. Cheating! “ please change the name from ‘professional’ to ‘unprofessional’ couriers”.

Dharmapuri courier is very worst and the guys who are all working very much rude and they talk as unprofessional manner. They are not ready to deliver the shipment to door step and whenever we call and ask delivery boy is not available. Better don't choose professional courier, their name is only professional but their behavior is not professional. Very worst.....
