Worst experience. I had a product from nykaa to be delivered. It's in dvg since 4days. Shows out for delivery but not delivered yet. There is no proper customer care. You can't even call the delivery agent as there is no number of them and even if you try to directly call them, there is no response from their end. Why don't you shut down your service if can't do your properly. Least professional

The delivery Guys are all Frauds. I haven't received my order but it shows that the order has been delivered. Everytime i try to contact the delivery guy, i've been given some other contact number stating that the delivery guy is on leave. Hopeless service.
