I chose this courier service because I needed to send a package urgently and they provide good service to my husband's office. Unfortunately that was the worst choice in courier service I ever made. I am unable to track my courier as their website says my login ID is blocked by administrator. They are not responding to my emails or receiving my calls. I wish I had used India Post instead.

The poorest courier service. They kept my urgent parcel for 4 days after reaching there telling that they dont have any delivery boy. Then called me and asked me to pick up from their office. India post is far better than Professional

Worst service and very bad customer interaction. It's been two months now since the parcel has reached the office but they don't even bother to deliver it. In spite of visiting the office twice they could not track the parcel and now when it's been tracked they are denying to deliver and respond to the calls even. I will never recommend this courier to anyone.
