This is multi story building with multiple departments running in it. Like the first floor is extension of education department (CIE). On the ground floor its is a resouce center where many PhD scholars are engaged. On the second floor they have women studies departments. It also have department of Global studies here. Earlier they used to be a library of Tata memorial. Environment Department of Delhi University too have its lab here.
