All the staff of Ecom Express Branch Dhobi Ghat Near Ara Central School are talking rudely and misbehaving with all customers who goes to pickup his or her products. Without going customer address they mentioned on their portal that customer is not present in home or not pickup phone and after that Ecom Express staff duty is over. One staff named sadam is talking and misbehaving with customer to much. I request from Ecom Express that kindly change the staff specially sadam because your business (Ecom Express) going to end

Very poor service provider, the location of it's office is just besides my house, and still not delivered my item even after 2 days by taking false excuse of denial by customer. I was insulted by the delivery service person for asking where they are. The manner which the Ecom service help chat is they will very vvvvvvvvv late ..... Some mad workers because of some rules that they can not understand my prb I believe Ecom fastest delivery but Ara hub r n't ok should think about their customer satisfaction reviews and see they are not the customer friendly service.
