The courier MAA571005994 had been sent on 12th June 2023 and it had got received by the tiruvallur professional couriers on 13th June 2023. The Courier needs to be received from our end. But the so called PROFESSIONAL COURIERS tiruvallur is saying that "COURIERS services not available in Vepampattu " we have not been intimated on the above issue. TRACKING the details it shows we had received but we have not received the courier/consignment. Your people are saying we cant deliver. Then what for we need to send it through courier service. Cant we go on person? Tiruvallur to Vepampattu is 15 kms. This is not a joke. Its very easy for them to say " come and collect". All these are happening after i contacted the PROFESSIONAL couriers office Tiruvallur. Today only i contacted the PROFESSIONAL couriers tiruvallur office. As this is an invitation its fine, but if something else is being couriered??? Very careless and rude. The worst courier service ever seen. Neither no basic ethics to inform customer regarding courier nor professional. Such a lethargic Courier service. If i had paid money for sending courier to a particular person why would the recipient needs to collect from the professional couriers office?? Stupids

I booked from Thiruvallur to Thiruthani, the cost is Rs.60😡😡 And I asked the reason for high minimum cost and they replied, Owner is different for both branches..

Worst service ever.The manager and Lady are arrogant.You work for the money we pay.But what they have in mind is that they are doing free public service.My wife has a baby in six months and I sent her an item from my hometown.It reached Chennai the next day from Vallioor.But they insisted to come to their place and get the goods without doing any work.They kept it in the same place as garbage without doing any work for 15 days. Wonderful worst experience.Please stop your business and go begging.

Simply telling story's and answering like if door locked they will return parcel to the from address and disconnected call,though requesting to deliver early. Parcel received this hub more than 24 hours but not ready to delivery . Pathetic service from this branch. If it continues Professional Courier shuts their business due to these kind of people.
