My parcel is with them from 2 june and on 19 I call them to know the status and than they tell that you have to receive the courier yourself because we don't have deliverey boy to deliver the parcel and moreover they don't update the parcel location ki wo kha tak pahucha

My parcel is is with this courier company and there is time of 10 days of delivery date and my parcel is with the courier company from 2 june my books are in their office and on 18 june when i have made a call so the staff says that you should yourself have to take your books from our office we don't have the staff to deliver parcels and Moreover they donot upload that where is our parcel is in the transit. Or picked up and no notifications are send by courier services What a cheap delivery service provides by you (1/10)
