Very poor service , Amazon shows delivery at chadwal ,but after waiting a long time ,they don't deliver any parcel ,and even don't call any time to inform ,that your parcel has reached here, so that I can personally collect from their office. It's pathetic, shame on you.

They are worst at their job when all other courier service will deliver at my location they will not but rather then they will ask the customer to come to their preferable location which just end the purpose of buying things online. Plus their delivery boys just pathetic... Not professional at all . . ... Ab jaab bhe tracking id ecom kathua ke hote ha it's better to cancel the product and order it again .

Their delivery speed is quite good. But witnessing the way they manhandled the parcels is a bit shocking. Fortunately, never received something which was outright broken though sometimes the packaging was completely torn apart. Still they are a reputed delivery operator. One of the first ecommerce delivery services in the city.
