They didn't delivered the parcel..... They said come and get the parcel.... Tracking shows out for delivery for past 2 days.....he said When delivery boy came that time you receive the parcel otherwise urgent you come and receive the parcel

They never deliver the courier on time or insisting us to get the courier from their office and not delivering at the particular location ...They also responding to the sender themselves that the person is not picking the call or they are out town such ways..This is not good for a courier service to run in this way..and the number they mentioned for contact says doesn't exists /not reachable/ switched off.
