Worst Courier service, they must deliver respective parcels to the respective people. In their case it's the opposite. Asking the customer to receive the parcel or else wait for 4 days just because we are in the outer area. For one parcel we can't come. Then what's the purpose of having courier service. Very worst courier experience. I highly doubt about the shipping charges since the charges including delivery or what since they don't deliver to our door step instead they ask us to get from somewhere. Also they don't even have alternative plan on delivery person absence. So they hold for some more days to deliver.People who are in office have no knowledge on how to talk with customers. No proper response for our calls and they are taking us for granted.

Very very Worst courier service. They agree for door delivery, get money. But they won't do door delivery. They'll ask us to get it from their place. No proper response and hanged up the call when I'm speaking. For continuous 2days they told no people to deliver the parcel. Very irritating to hear no delivery person in a courier office.
