Nil knowledge regarding the process. Makes people roam around 5-10 times to get the application submitted. Please depute some knowledgeable person who knows about the system. Don't harass people as they travel very far off distances just to get the application submitted.

Too worst....the lady working here doesn't even have minimum knowledge on the software used for filling the details and all the applications processed here take 6-7 months for the passport to be issued. Please do not choose this centre for passport appointment.
