Particularly in this branch, I had a worst experience. From Bangalore DTDC office, they arranged a pickup. The owner name is Ramasubramaniya raja. He refused the pickup for silly reason. He said that he don’t have a bill lead to bill it. He said, He don’t have a box to pack it. And pickup place is too far. Whatever he said is totally wrong. Even this parcel is for corporate office. DTDC and that particular office having some linking. From Bangalore, Madurai, Coimbatore DTDC branch officers called to pickup the package. After 5 days of continuous struggle, they took the parcel from me. He don’t have a sense to obey higher official.
