I really had a very bad experience, unfortunately this is happening for the 3rd time for me . the (lady) staff doesn’t respect neither talk politely. She just tells there is a courier..When will you collect it from the office. They don’t deliver the courier & All the three times I have gone personally and Collected it. Iam deeply saddened by my bad experience in the past and especially last 3 days ( tracking on Amazon says delivery attempted) which they haven’t done at all. After seeing this I tried contacting them and the No is switched off. but I from my heart humbly suggest the (Owner) who has taken this franchise to look into it and do the needful so that we don’t have a bitter experience in future .

Very very worst experience. They won't deliver to our home, we can bear it but there is a phone call from them saying that there is a courier, then the lady who call us will talk to us very badly. She will ask to collect our courier soon since it will b there for three days and they say that they will send it back after that.Very bad service. If they are not interested to deal the customers properly then why this is named courier service? More better to send it through some post office.Very bad experience bcz of this and the lady who spoke rudely 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Such a worst courier service in marthandam. They will not do home delivery and will resend the parcel if v don't go and take it in a day or two. Bitter experience all the time. Professional and ST courier serve better than DTDC.

Plz Avoid DTDC... They won't deliver the parcel to home. You have to go to marthandam & collect your parcel.. even your home located within 3km from marthandam they won't deliver at home. Before sending the parcel, the DTDC employee has confirmed at the Chennai office that, the parcel will be delivered at home. Very poor service.

Pathetic services.. We are paying for door delivery but these people's are not ready to deliver the parcel to our location. Then what is the use of sending the parcel in your courier? Waste of money. Continuously following up them to deliver the parcel at the location but they are saying we won't have the door deliver service. While sending the parcel, I asked them whether in this courier office delivery option is available or not. After their confirmation only I send the parcel but now receiver side courier office told to come and collect the parcel from office, if we have to go and collect the parcel from office means we will go send the parcel via private buses why we have to go for DTDC courier? Worst service, everytime facing the same issue better go for other deliver services. I already mentioned above, before booking the parcel I had confirmed the delivery with pincode. Yesterday also I asked them, they told in this pincode they will deliver the parcel in your location. They cross checked and confirmed the same.

There is no package delivery from marthandam to kappukadu, which is on mainroad and well connected to marthandam just 3 km away, so we had to directly collect the package from their office.
