Worst experience ever, they don’t even attempt to deliver but they mentioned that premises closed. Such an irresponsible answer from the office. Why they promising for delivery if they are not doing the work properly. Such an expensive service but no response to the customers and nobody picking up the call also. Can't contact them through any means...Parcel undelivered for days...Had to go by self to pick it up and lastly...I had to search my parcel by myself in their rack as they could not find my parcel....Had done all the searching work by self to pick up the courier...No proper response as well

They don’t respond to phone calls at all. They pretend to attempt delivery but never attempted. After 15 calls, they said they will callback but never did. Finally had to collect by self. They proclaim “best service” but are the worst courier company I’ve come across.

Unable to rate without Star Pros - Their brand name only Cons 1. They dont attempt shipment for delivery 2. Message comes as out for delivery but they will not deliver 3. They change to delivered Status but they don't deliver the shipment 4. When we visits for the above reasons, you will not get proper response as well as they are not ready to listen All the above points in repeat mode only and it's happened After all they won't share Owner no. When we dont get proper response seriously we should escalate but owner is not comfortable to speak with customer it seems Atleast if the Franchise owner finds this message, reply me and call me and lot to discuss and speak

Don’t go with this people , very worst behaviour and worst service. They charge me for express service (10K)and take 8-working days(07/01/2022- 18/01/2022). Worst owner not respond properly for proper question rude answers. If you can’t do proper service you should return the parcel.

I would like to rate in Negative. My consignment is with them more than a week time now but still they didn't attempt to delivery. Simply saying like will delivery tomorrow, no one is there to delivery, come and collect in the store. But updating the tracker as "Unable to deliver as the consign not available" or "Wrong address". This is not the first time they are doing this. These guys are spoiling the name of the Bluedart company service. I would insist Blue dart express to look at this issue immediately. They said door locked without visiting, shop is totally unorganised, it's a pity DHL has chosen such a lousy partner to uphold their name. During my visit I overheard the incharge tell a customer that he needs to collect if he wants it on same day if not he has to wait for 4 days, defeats the purpose of expensive courier
