My experience with DTDC courier service was extremely frustrating. I received an SMS notification that my parcel had been delivered, but I didn't actually receive it until two days later, despite contacting the courier guy and asking him to deliver it to me. He was very rude and refused to help, telling me to contact the manager instead. When I tried to contact the manager, he didn't receive my call. This lack of customer service and communication was unacceptable, and I would not recommend DTDC courier service to anyone. In my opinion, they need to improve their delivery process and customer service in order to be a reliable and trustworthy courier service

It doesn't deserve even one star the worst courier company ever in the history ...they donot deliver the products the staff use these for themselves and register on online delivered while in reality it lies with them ....the hyderpora branch is worst of its kind with the worst staff on complaining about the non delivery of parcel that was electronically shown delivered they simply said it was not an important parcel ....what the hell can be worst than this ....

Wrost service of courier never trust this dtdc service this is a fake service and never delivers consignments at right tym and right destination without delivery they show delivered while tracking. So is it request to all who will read this never use this service at any cost
