Always not give home delivery they told come get the courier in ther office. Mr.Jaya Kumar told always 3 days only we came for delivery courier but not give 3 days once also very worst service. Today my 25000 valid courier one received but the courier boy came to my home down but not give to me the courier. He give to another street store to my courier .worst response and service not only it's happened first time it's happened more than 7 Times. Very irresponsible service

Worst courier service I ever experienced. They even do not bother to improve. If a parcel comes to them and according to them it is in non serviceable are, they even do not call you to inform. In my case I personally tracked the courier and called them to enquire about my courier they said they returned it and even after three days that courier was with them only. They don’t call and bother at all. I personally went to pick up courier. When I asked them why didn’t you call me so they just ignored. Rude staff. Very unprofessional attitude. I will make sure to avoid this ST courier service in future. Worst ever.

Very bad service. After accepting payment and the courier reaching near destination they changed their stand. Suddently they said the addressed cannot be serviced. The addresse had to travel to the centre to collect the item. The service person is very rude and unproffessional. Strongly advice to avoid ST courier.

The worst ever courier service that i have faced. The debit card which was sent by bank was not delivered to the destined location as they dont have service over there which was 12km from thier office. Atleast a courtesy of call could be done stating that we have recieved your parcel but cant deliver to your location kindly collect it. If they cant deliver then why did they offerred service on first hand. The service staff is rude. Better to change the staff. Never ever use thier service. I shoulf have given zero rating but no option
