Booked two rooms on oyo. Upon contacting, the manager asked us to cancel that and book offline which they claimed were given "higher priority". Took us literally almost an hour to find that property. No parking space on property, you'd have to be lucky enough to find a spot on the street to park a vehicle. Rooms were quite small, barely fitting a queen-sized bed, although clean. Room service was pathetically inadequate. No intercom, you'd have to ring up a number from your own phone to ask them to provide for the basics. Starting from the hotel soap to drinking water or glasses. What's even more ridiculous, they won't get you clean towels even after asking for the same over three times. And they remained quite unapologetic during the check-out. The whole staff including the desk executive needs a crash course on hospitality basics, asap. P.S- It moonlights as a Greenland Luxury Hotel in the oyo database. Suggest you to go for a better alternative instead of this one.
