They were so irresponsible. My friend had send me a book 1 month before. Till now I haven't got it. Pala and koothattukulam branch staff is not at all attentive. Fed up. So poor service. Never ever use this service.

The place is a bit old and hard to find. I had a hard time finding the same since the info provided on the Google Maps was wrong that time. I've updated the address and location. The guy at front was a bit odd. He was more interested in his phone than a customer at his office. But the same guy seemed to be helpful during a phone session.
