I am a customer from flipkart. My product is not yet received to me. I hv asked to flipkart about this issue ,they told my product is already reached kochi (E com express) on 21/12/22 .now. 26/12/22 ...till now they not even moved my product.They are delaying all parcel services... One of the worst courier company I have seened Always deleyed delivery. Even there is no proper customer care service. No reply or e mails and no phone to call the local office.IVRS is also not good no representative to answer our qurys. This kind of company will damage the reputation of shipping companies like ajio ,mintra etc

Avoid at all cost(I am talking of only this branch of ecom express), forget about delivering product, they wont even contact you. If by some bad luck your product is to be delivered from here, do one thing, after a day the product is reached there go there directly you will get the product, otherwise you can forget about it. They will keep it there itself or return back or worse they take it themselves, and you wont even know what happened.

Worst home delivery service ever... I ordered the product on July 19 2022 and the package reached the courier team by 23 rd july 2022 . Then didn't even contact or send a msg.. on 29th i somehow found the place of the Ecom express office and got the package from there.

They failed to deliver the package even after 1 week at the nearest delivery center. They didn't contact me for delivery. Their contact number available is an IVR, which is not helpful. I had to personally go and collect the package, which they advised was not delivered due to their system issue.

There is no ckntact number to call and ask why its taking so long. All we have is the number where we call their main call center which is absolutly useless as they keep making fake promises. Their delivery points don't have any contact details and with out contacting me they reported incomplete addresses .they not even contacted me .waste service .ridiculous people. My product from Blaupunkt has reached in my area on 8 sep.,but when tracking this ,they are showing that not delivered. My order reached kochi hub on 27th. On 28th a delivery guy called and asked for location details and share code saying he was near my location. I confirmed the location but didn't share the pass code as the product was not delivered yet. I didn't receive the product that day. By evening when I tracked the shipment it was showing undelivered customer not available. They don't have proper contact details. Some how found the location of their godown and went collected my order today. Even when I reached they were like shall we deliver it to you by evening. I said its already delayed and want it right now. Such a pathetic delivery service. Should give negative rating if possible. NB: location is near karuvelippadi govt hospital. Enquire at auto stand nearby.
