They deliver only in a radius of 6 kms. I had ordered some books and since my home is 7 kms (15 Mins) away from their office, they just returned it back without even attempting to contact me. Staff is worse than goverment babus. Goverment staff look like saints compared to these scammers who can't even do the basic task that they are paid for. Edit: see the review by Mr. Jerry Diniz. They even told him they don't deliver beyond the tiny area of Margao but they accept orders for delivery to areas outside the tiny town they operate in. Hopefully the better couriers will run these people out of business.
