Although the hotel looks good from outside and inside, I have highlighted some good and bad aspects of this hotel. which we had to face. Problem:- 1. The amount of money charged is not much service. 2. There was no dustbin arrangement in the room. 3. There is no story of room cleaning in the morning. 4. There is no arrangement for keeping clothes in the bathroom. 5. You will not be given any mosquito incense at night, you will have to spend the night with mosquito bites. 6. Although the caretaker is good as a person, he does not perform any duties as a hotel caretaker. 7. There was no TV in the room, I noticed that after entering the room, I told the manager, he sat down to cover his fault - "I told you first that there is no TV in the room, you didn't notice or listen to me." (Answers are prepared in advance) 8. The towels on the bed had quite a smell, I understood that they were not washed well. Pros of the hotel:- 1. Food and water service in the room was good enough. 2. Generator service is good enough even if the current goes out. 3. Car parking facility was good.

One of the best hotels in Bakkhali, Rooms are spacious, clean, food is also good. Rent is also quite budget friendly. I definitely recommend this place to stay during your visit to bakkhali.

Annapurna Hotel, Bakkhali... In one word : a worst Hotel. First of all - Worst management system and a very greedy owner of this hotel.... Owner promised us that will provide us two rooms for 1 days @rs.650 each but they billed us for Rs .650 for one room and Rs.850 for another rooms another rooms. That was shocked for me... And they have also added 80 rupees for room service in the bill. Horrible experience for a day long... O don't want visit this hotel anymore... Suggesing you to not choose this hotel..

Very bad experience over there. At first they didn't keep their promise for the room we had booked. Then the supporting staffs are so arrogant. In our 2days trip we couldn't find the actual owner of the hotel. Never go to this hotel you will be looted...

Very very worst hotel i ever seen, the pictures given are from when they were made. The current condition is extremely rubbish. There're no maintenance,Even the bed sheets are not changed and no register is used. Even there're no curtains on the windows,which is enough to wake you up in morning,tv hang with rope.We took the super deluxe room, its condition is given below

I wish 0 star rating was allowed as this hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. This hotel is a complete fraud! Especially the receptionist and the transport services provided by them. Me and my friends were forced to pay 12% gst extra on bill and they didn't even provided me with their gst no.! And they kept my ID card during the whole stay and returned only after we checked out which is not correct at all! Worst experience we ever had! Staffs were very rude! Wifi and TV were not working at all!

My request to everyone one do not go here this Annapurna Hotel in Bakkhali.. there is no service. no cleanliness. staff behaviours are worst ..no basic hotel amenities and not even proper infrastructure in the hotel to stay.. The people are fraud including Toto driver and the owner. In the name of GSt they are charging 12% extra charge but surely you would not get the invoice copy with gst number . Overall it's pathetic experience to stay for single night .Zero star rating from my side

Visited this hotel on 28th Oct for a 2 night stay over there, but it was a nightmare. It was a horrible experience over there as the rooms were not as per they promised us. TV was really a show piece in the room, their dish antennas are wondering over the backyard, WiFi are not accessible not in a single room. Room service was third class, if you need you need some thing you have to ask them 30mins earlier and that thing will come another 30mins late. They even didnt provide us the minimum ammenities i.e a body wash amd a bath towel. The most surprising part was that they had taken GST from us seperately as well as room service charges which is not at all right, I dont know from which school they had learned TAX nd all whatever. Please think 100 ttimes before booking this horrible place if you want a happy trip @ Bakkhali🙏

I won't suggest this hotel to anyone. I got quite some reasons to support that .. Had a small room, few rooms don't have sink, shower is broken, bed is hardly spacious for 2 persons, it's far away from the beach u either have to pay the auto for every ride or you have to walk a long way. Had AC rooms, but they have been switched off automatically from the main supply source and had to call the reception staff to check it. Had a Reception but no one's on the seat to handle things. It's difficult to buy drinking water as shops were quite far. Hotel looks good only from the outside and from the inside I shared by experience above.

Not satisfied. The service is very bad. Rooms are not clean, have spots on walls, dirty bedsheets, pillow covers have stains. Does not have tap on sinks. Some room have broken doors. The AC doesn't work properly. They cut the lines every now and then. They doesn't even bother to fill water tank and you have to keep calling them to turn on the pump. And lastly you will not find any staff at the reception. Total lack of communication makes the service worst. This hotel just looks good from outside.

It sells Non-Ac room as AC room on MMT. Also empty daru and beer bottles are kept on corridor. Dont stay here if you are couple or with family. Very far from beach. They will just tell that complaint to Make my Trip (MMT)...and it is really difficult to contact MMT on spot. Cheating hotel.

Dont go to this hotel, I booked an AC room in MakeMyTrip, however when I reached the hotel they said, my booking is for non AC. When I raised the issue, the manager said, call MakeMyTrip and they didn't care to bother. In my booking documents it was clearly written that I booked an AC room. Also, empty beer bottles and alcohol bottles were lying on the corridor. After a brief argument, I decided to leave the hotel and my booking amount was wasted. Manager behaviour is very bad. I came here seeing an YouTube vlog recommendation.

Rooms were spacious, but need a bit more maintenance, some things in the roon weren't working properly or were missing, I hope the owner will look after it and will improve the service accordingly, staff behaviour can be a bit more courteous, in short the stay wasn't neither too bad nor too good, it was alright

It is the worst hotel ever we stayed. The ACs were worse than even metro ACs. Doors which were connecting balconies were broken, there was no lock in the windows, anyone could climb up the balcony and open the windows from outside and break in the room. Handshowers, showers were not working in all rooms. There was no tap in a room. Bed sheets and pillows were hell dirty. There was water outage in morning when washrooms are needed the most. Service was very poor and used not to response in times. Last but not the least, it is faaar away from the main beach, food restaurants, you need to use toto or any kind to transport to go to sea beach. Not a bit recommended. Avoid this and try to get hotels near the beach.

Booked this spot on Annapurna through oyo . Our mood was spoiled the moment we checked in . The hotel lacks amenities like restaurant and tea , water supply into rooms are low pressure . The owner of hotel is money minded to the extent that he wanted us to pay him room rent again when we had already paid in advance on some flimsy ground . The rooms wall are filthy without dustbins , water jug and glass ,even bathroom door are broken . You can hear loud music in rooms with people's drinking beer and wine . Moreover this hotel is 2 km away from Bakkhali Market , Bus stand and you have to book a toto ( battery van ) every time by paying Rs. 40/- @Rs.10/- per people . Pl avoid this hotel . One can find good accommodation near bus stand bakkhali .

If negative rating was possible i would love to give it -5. Very unprofessional behaviour of staffs and the receptionist was very rude. Room was very dirty and it was filled with insects and flies. No mirror anywhere in room. No amenities given not even water provided. And bedsheet was not there. very very bad experience.

Booking cancelled and sold to someone who paid higher price. After I reached the hotel, the manager rudely told me that he had cancelled the booking and that he cannot provide us any other room. If we are to take any room at his hotel we have to pay almost 3 times the price I had already paid. I was not even informed from goibibo that the booking was cancelled. I was travelling with my family and since it was a festive weekend it was not possible for us to find any place. Behavior was too rough and it appeared that he has done me a favor by cancelling my booking. His hotel staff kept laughing at us and finally we were compelled to return the same day due to lack to place. They spoiled my vacation.

We booked this hotel through OYO. But when we reached they told all room are full. Please take back money from OYO. They do not have any relationship with OYO. It was a very pathetic night as we did not get any hotel that night all hotel are booked as next day was 26th Jan. Vodafone does not work there so I even not able to contact OYO. Now I am reading the reviews and found same thing they did with many people. So requesting everyone please read the bellow reviews as well. This is completely cheating businesses. Moreover do not book this hotel as you will get very good hotel near to beach. This hotel is very far from beach as well.

The worst hotel...staff...room ... environment... The room allotted to me was a dormitory... cement bed...I didn't said word... Then comes the nightmare...the room was infested with flies and mosquitoes... The manager behaviour towards me was extremely bad.. He didn't even allow me to sit on the sofa which was near the reception...coz it was past 10 pm.. The hotel rules says..one should be inside the room by 10 pm ..he threaten me ...since I had complained to oyo.. regarding my room... Don't go to this particular property...there are hundreds near by..
